⋄ You must let me know about any deadlines at time of commission (any commission with a deadline less than 2 weeks will be charged a rush fee)

⋄ I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason or non at all.

⋄ I reserve the right to alter and update any or all information from this Terms of Service at any time.

Payment

⋄ I will Require a Commission be paid at least half to hold the commission slot. The rest will be collected upon completion and before the final file is sent. You may pay in full upfront if you desire.

⋄ Prices are in USD through Paypal only.

Process

⋄ You can Fill out the Commission form found at the bottom of the commissions information page. Or send me a DM Via Twitter or Bluesky. (I am quicker to see messages on bluesky)
⋄Tell me what sort of commission you are interested in. Do not only send me “Hi” and wait for a response. I will ignore those messages.
⋄ Once Payment is discussed I will send you an Invoice via paypal.
⋄ Depending on the type of commission I will commonly send updates at the Sketch and Flat color phase. Keep in mind that some commission types do not get updates sent at all. I will only send linework updates if they are requested or if the Linework is significantly complex.
⋄ You may request an update at anytime. I do not promise there will always be one
⋄ If you have not paid in full when I am finished I will send you a screenshot of my art program with the file open to prove it is completed and you will receive the full file upon full payment
⋄ I am Open to doing minor alterations on applicable commissions during the process (changing facial expressions and fixing details ect.) Major alterations that deviate from what was agreed upon and are not a result of my own mistakes will result in additional charges.
⋄I am to start commissions within a month if the commission be accepted and finish them soon after. This is not always possible. I will try my best to keep communication open both ways regarding any commission I am working on.

⋄ Robots/Armor
⋄ Artistic Nudity
⋄ Mild to Moderate Gore and Body horror
⋄ Landscapes / backgrounds

Won't Do

⋄ Explicit NSFW
⋄ Hateful content
⋄ inappropriate depictions of underaged character and animals
⋄ Gratuitous gore (Up to my own discretion)

Terms Of Use

⋄ Commissions are for personal use only
┈ Commercial rights must be discussed and purchased from me
┈ You are not allowed to sell or distribute
⋄ As an artist I retain any and all rights of these artworks/commissions unless licenses are discussed
┈ If commissioned to illustrate your original character, you retain the right to the character and not the artwork itself
⋄ As the artist, I retain the right to post on any social medias, galleries, sell prints/merchandise and publicity to promote my business

Refund Policy

⋄ Once I have begun work, commissions are non-refundable
⋄ The only reason a commission will be refunded is:
┈ If I can no longer start the commission for any reason
┈ If I cannot provide/finish the commission for any reason 
⋄extenuating circumstances can be discussed.
